How to find the serial port number on Mac OS X?

To find find your serial port list;

It's a build-in method in Mac OS X to find all ports with a terminal command.

Run "Terminal" 


then you can read that serial port using the screen command, like this


for example:

To create an Apple Script

Launch, "Script Editor" and copy/paste in the following code:


Then, compile and run the script. Terminal will be shown with serial connection.

Additionally, you can "Export..." the script as an Application which is very useful to run quickly.
